When should I consult?
Dr Bach believed that it was disharmony within oneself that was the root cause of disease and distress. The Flower essences are a gentle means of restoring emotional balance and encouraging the body’s healing process.
The Bach Flower remedies can therefore simply and effectively heal many of the negative states of emotion that we experience at some time during our lives. Emotions such as stress, anger, fear, trauma, depression, adjustment issues, lack of self-esteem, and everything in between. Bach Flowers are also useful during major transitions such as divorce, bereavement, homesickness, menopause and the teenage years.
The consultation takes place in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. The councillor is there to help the person clearly express their emotions – to pin point any difficulties and blockages; to peel away the onion layers. With knowledge of the Flowers, and after discussion with the client, the councillor can then propose a mixture of up to 7 essences which correspond exactly to the disrupted emotions. Each individual mixture works positively to restore emotional balance. The client becomes an actor in his own recovery by understanding and taking on board his own emotional state and can then deal more serenely with his difficulties. The appropriate Bach Flowers reveal our positive potential.
A Bach Flower consultation lasts for approximately 1 hour
The cost is 65 euros with the floral preparation included
Consultations can also take place by telephone or on Skype
The treatment lasts for 3 weeks during which time the Remedies will work gently and subtly, the client taking 4 drops at least 4 times per day. One can never overdose on Bach Flowers, nor do they interfere with other treatments.
A follow-up consultation is recommended when progress is reviewed and often new remedies indicated. As emotional states are brought back into balance, deeper imbalances often come to the surface which must be treated if true healing is to be achieved.
Warning: Bach Flowers are not a substitute for medical advice. They are however complementary to any treatment and do not interfere with other therapies
